With humble respect, Sewell Mortuary in Grantville announces the transition of Stephanie Walker on June 16th, 2022.

The funeral service will be Saturday, June 25, 2022 at 1 PM at Total Faith Missionary Church in Luthersville GA.

Visitation will be Friday the 24th from 4 to 7 PM at Sewell Mortuary.

On Friday morning, June 17, 2022, Mrs. Stephanie Renea Grier Walker left this earthly home to begin her eternal rest.

She was born on December 28, 1972 to Ida Mae Grier and the late Eddie Lee Weathers. She attended Greenville High School and later began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Stephanie was currently employed at Pruitt Health of Franklin until her death.

She was proceeded in death by her granddaughter Makayla Prather, father Eddie Lee Weathers and brother Eddie Louis Weathers.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories her husband LaDexter Walker; one daughter Shawanda (Travis) Bowles; one son Rodrikeus Prather. Eight grandchildren, Karter Prather, Quin’Asia McGhee, Quin’Dasia Prahter, Quin’Laija Prather, Ja’Klya Prahter, Ja’Quila Prather, Marquavious Prahter and Jadalin Prather. Her mother, Ida Mae Grier (Robert) Parks. Sisters Denise White, Lola White, Tammy Weathers, Leasie (Willie) Weathers-Foster.
