Obituary For James Alexander

Mr. James Alexander was born on the 5th day of July in the year 1921 in Lone Oak, Georgia to the late Luna Mae Rosser and John Wesley Alexander, Sr.

As a young child James attended school in Meriwether County. At an early age he joined St. Paul CME Church until he relocated to Atlanta, Georgia and became a member of Chapel Hill Baptist Church, and served as a Deacon.

James serve as a soldier in World War II.

He was 93 years old, and departed this life on Monday, June 15, 2015. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Clement and John Wesley, Jr.; one sister, Rossie Mae Perry.

He leaves to cherish his memory: a wife, Mae Alexander; four sons, John Alexander (Georgia), Henry Alexander, Ricky and Derrick Wilkins; two daughters, Evangelist Linda Robinson, Dorothy Harris; grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.

INTERMENT: St. Paul C.M.E. Church Cemetery

    I'm sorry for your loss.Your loved one lived a long life.He had"special mightiness"according to the Bible at(Psalms 90:10).May you look towards the hope of the resurrection whereby,you will have the opportunity to reunite with "JAMES" again in the future.(Job 14:14,15) At that time,he will never again say,"I am sick".(Isaiah 33:24)
