Obituary For Elizabeth Lucas Hollins

K. K. Sewell Funeral Home in Manchester respectfully announces the passing of Elizabeth Hollins on Dec. 2nd 2017.

Funeral service will be at Powell Baptist Church in Talbotton, GA. on 12-9-2017 at 1:00 pm.

Visitation at the funeral home 12-8-2017 from 12 pm to 6 pm.

Mrs. Elizabeth Lucas Hollis was born February 19, 1953 to the late Robert and Rebecca Lucas. She accepted Christ at an early age and joined The Powell Baptist Church, serving faithfully as a member of the Senior Choir and Kitchen Helper until her health failed. She retired from Harris County Carver Middle School as a Cafeteria Manager.

On December 2, 2017, Sister Elizabeth Hollis departed her earthly life at St. Francis Hospital in Columbus, Georgia.

Her precious memories will be cherished by her husband, Johnny Hollis. Three sons, Timothy (Kimberly) Hollis, Cortez (Katrine) Hollis and Kederrick Hollis. Two loving grandsons whom will miss her dearly Tylan and Travius Hollis. One brother, Robert Lucas and God brother, Edward C. Carter. One sister, Betty Jo Mitchell. Four Sister-in-laws, Marilyn Lucas, Louise Thompson, Ruby James and Juanita (Tony) Clark. Three Brother-in-laws, Robert Hollis, Thomas Hollis and Billy (Jeanette) Harris. One uncle, George (Nancy) Carter and one aunt, Helen Carter. A very special friend, Joyce Smith. A host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
