Obituary For Dorothy Clements

Sewell Mortuary in Grantville Georgia respectfully announces the passing of Dorothy Clements on 9/24/2016.

Mrs. Dorothy Clements was born December 4, 1946 in Greenville, Georgia. She was the only child to the late Miller Tigner and Evelyn McLauglin Tigner. Dorothy departed her life September 24, 2016 at the West Georgia Medical Center, LaGrange, Georgia.

Mrs. Clements accepted Christ as her personal Savior at the Walker Temple C.M.E. Church, Greenville, Georgia on August 23, 1971. She married the love of her life, Pastor Mobley Clements who preceded her in death, September 26, 2014.

Mrs. Dorothy Mae Clements lived very actively in the church. She enjoyed singing, worshipping and praising the Lord until her health began to decline.

She leaves to cherish four children, Anthony Clements (Tangela) of Albany, GA, LaTayna Clements Ellison (Raven) of Greenville, GA, Donald Clements of Hogansville, GA, Christopher Clements (Katrina) of LaGrange, GA; four grandchildren: Justin, Jasmine, Omarion and Nicholas; two brother-in-laws, Robert Clemons (Helen) of Oxen Hill, MD, Eddie Clemons (Dorothy) of Nashville, TN; sister-in-laws, Mary Ann Culver, Lelia Clements of Atlanta, GA, Amy Clemons of Statesboro, GA, Mary Gladys Clemons of Detroit, MI; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
