On June 2, 2015 at Emory Hospice, Atlanta, Georgia, God held the hands of Della Hill and guided her to eternal rest. Religious Dedication:

A Time To Remember: She leaves to cherish loving memories, her husband, Mr. Clevin Hill of Lagrange, GA; her children, Mr. Corey Parks (Charlene) of Warner Robins, GA, Miss Lakina Hill, Mrs. Saketha Hayes (Stevie), Miss Conswala Parks; sisters, Mrs. Nettie Smith of Luthersville, GA, Mrs. Ruby Washington of Miami, FL, Mrs. Vivian Garrett (Quillian) of Franklin, GA; brothers, Mr. Antwine Parks (Sally) of Luthersville, GA, Mr. and Mrs. Maxie Sutton of Key West, FL; eight grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren; brother and sister-in-laws, Curtis Foster (Carolyn), Melvin Hill (Cynthia), Martha Jackson (John), Mary Compton, Annie Ayers (Joseph); nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
